  Moodie Mail Club is sent via untracked letter mail to keep things affordable and simple. This means there’s no tracking number—but it also keeps the experience closer to receiving a personal letter, rather than a parcel 💌 While untracked mail is generally reliable, we’re unable to guarantee delivery—but we’ll always try our best to help if anything happens.

• My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
  Occasional delays may happen due to postal services or customs.

  Yes! As long as you join by 11:59 PM (SGT) on the last day of the month, your first mail will be the current month’s edition.

  Of course! Simply enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout, and we’ll send the mail directly to them each month.

• What currency will I be charged in?
  You can shop in your preferred currency by selecting it at the top right (desktop) or via the menu (mobile).

• Will I need to pay taxes or duties?
  No. All mail is sent as low-value printed letter mail, so there are no additional taxes or duties upon delivery.

• What is your return or refund policy?
  All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
